Foe the past 4 days it won't let me use gold bars or apps. It says there is no connection.

WWhat do I do? I need the connection to get boosters and use my gold bars. Have restarted and updated

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

    Which device are you using to play the game and which version of the App do you have right now?

    Do you see an error message? If so, can you post a screenshot with the error message?

    II'm using Android 6. I Don't know how to do screen shot but the message says "connection issue. Restart the game or wait until later. Pease do not reinstall the game

    Can you please provide complete details of your device? How old is it and which software is running on it? If I need any other details, I will get back to you.

    Hey @Rainrocks . I'm sorry you're unable to purchase from our in-game store. Worry not, please try the following steps:

    • Close all apps and restart your device:
      • You may need to tap Restart > Restart.
    • Check and update your Android version and the game app
    • Temporarily free up space by clearing app's cache. This is a short-term solution. Over time, cached data will build up again. To clear cache, please go to Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Saga > Storage >"Clear cache" *ONLY*
    • Sync your device with Google servers:
      • Open your phone's Settings app.
      • Tap System  Date & Time.
      • Turn off Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
      • Change the date and time to be incorrect.
      • Turn on Automatic Time Zone and Automatic Date & Time.
    • Make sure that you have sufficient memory on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
    • If possible, log out from your account in the game.
    • Delete your Facebook and Messenger app.

    Now, this next step is really important: I need you to log out from your Google Account: 

    • Access your Google Play Store 
    • Select your Profile picture in the top right corner 
    • Tap on the account currently sign in or tap on the triangle icon next to it.  
    • Tap on Manage accounts on this device
    • Select the desired Google account and tap on Remove Account (Google)

    That will not delete your account, it will only erase it from your device which you can then easily re-add later from this screen. 

    After you do that, would you be so kind as to:  

    • Restart your device (turn it off for a few seconds and then back on) 
    • Log back into your account in Google Play Store by following the above steps but this time adding your Google account back. 
    • Update your game. You can check if yours is the latest version by searching for the game app in the Play Store. 
    • Log back into your Facebook/King account in the game.
