Please do not reinstall your game(s) and wait for the glitch to be fixed! Then, everything will be back to normal, and you will find your game progress, Gold bars, etc., safe in your game👍️

Reinstallation only deletes the boosters and stored lives! But, once the connection restores and you log back into the game, I am sure that you will be able to get back all your Gold Bars🏆

Which device are you using to play the game and which version of the App do you have right now?
Do you see an error message? If so, can you post a screenshot with the error message?

II'm using Android 6. I Don't know how to do screen shot but the message says "connection issue. Restart the game or wait until later. Pease do not reinstall the game

I had my daughter help me and the game is now back to the beginning. King community says it's offline but my device is online. I'm going to miss my over 700 gold bars, over 99 each of the boosters and my 12,000 level badge. Thanks for your help but it was just too complicated for me. Back to level 3. Have a nice day.

It's too late. My daughter already reinstalled it. I feel really bad about it because it took forever to collect the bars and boosters. I had over 99 of each booster except for the flying saucer
