    Mine is still not working. I play on iPhone on iOS 12.5.7 and iPad on iOS 15.8.3. These are the latest updates for each device. Is the game not compatible with these any more? Please could someone let me know. The last game update is version 1.292.1.2 both devices. Has there been an update since?

    I can't play new levels on either device now as the episode race flag has disappeared on the iPad and on the iPhone I am several episodes behind. I get all the events on my iPhone, including episode race and Candy Royale but last time I tried my luck at Candy Royale the event disappeared after two levels. The level blinks on and off, so there is a persistent fault.

    Same account, same vital statistics, different level. Even the banner says 18,000 but the level says 17979. Sad times.

  • AteneaMadrid Many thanks for your reply. I am not having problems with my PC it is just my Ipad that i am way behind on levels. PC level 18133 and Ipad I am on level 17988. Its getting confusing because other players have been successful with the sync

    I've given up waiting for a fix now. I've got the episode race and all the events back on the iPad now, played the last episode and am back at the top of the game ready for new levels tomorrow. I have depleted all my boosters on the iPhone, it's a shame about the 200 lives I have, but they have started coming in from my friends on the iPad now, so I'll just uninstall the app on that device and be done with it.

    I simply do not think this app will work properly if playing on more than one device. The server just gets confused all the time. It's not worth bothering.

  • christinewupp it is getting very confusing. I have had no luck with the sync yet other players have been successful.

    I have informed the Candy Community In-charge that some of you are still experiencing the glitch and for some it was resolved, and requested for an update!

    They are already gone for the day (they are overseas)! Hopefully, we will receive some updated news tomorrow!
