Edit : Only on my tablet. Connecting to candy crush via facebook on my phone works fine. My tablet being older than my phone, I'm wondering if this may have something to do with the obsolescence of an app or os.

I am having the same issue. I can not retrieve my progress of candy crush saga through facebook. I get a message that says, we are working on this.

I try to connect to facebook through candy crush saga and I get a message, "that we are working on this." I haven't been able to play candy crush saga since 12/12/24. I have tried everything I can think of. Even Uninstaller candy crush saga and reinstalling with the same issue. Very frustrating!!

Hello there @Noel55 and @Ream925 . I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with your Facebook login. There's been a FB outage some days ago, so if you've experienced the issues some days ago, you could be because of that.
