Candy Crush Stuck on my iphone will not advance to level i'm playing on my Surface!

Hello,

I've had numerous problems with Candy Crush Saga recently, with most of them being fixed. However now, it appears I am stuck at Level 17976 on my iphone. However on my Surface, I am on level 18013. No matter what I do, I can't go past that level on my Iphone. My phone is up to date, and the app is up to date as well. Can you please fix this? I like switching back and forth and playing on both.

If you can't wait for the fix, I suggest you play the level that you are stuck at. I suppose it's 17976. Maybe it will be synced after sometimes or the next day as what I have witnessed in a similar case.

is anyone going to fix the situation for us? more and more people are experiencing the same problem but not sure if it’s getting resolved? Doesn’t seem like it

I am also stuck in this same situation. One phone advances and the other is stuck at 17976.

Came across someone with similar problem. Her phone is at 18025 and desktop at 17976.

I couldn't solve it. I told her to play a few levels on the desktop from 17976 to see if it makes any difference. She played on the desktop until 17981 but still not able to sync correctly with the phone.

However, the next day the desktop was mysteriously in sync with her phone.

She has another game on a tablet still stuck at 17976.

I have exactly the same problem on the same level. On my laptop stuck at 17976. On my phone I'm at level 18006. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still at 17976. There are golden crowns showing on some of the levels I've played, but no numbers. Please fix this soon. Anyone else having this issue?
