I am sorry to hear that your game is experiencing the syncing glitch!
You are not alone with this issue as we have some more crushers of this Community itself and other players that are on the same boat! It was reported to the game Studio. Hopefully, they will be able to fix the glitch soon!
In the meantime, players are advised to continue playing on the device which has higher levels. But, please do not reinstall your game as it will not resolve the issue.

I had other issue, when I log out and then login on my Samsung tablet. When I click on “ retrieve my progress”, continue with Facebook. It show” you are offline. Connect to internet and try again”. But I checked my wifi connection and sure My internet is working. And also, I use “sign up with email”, same issue. It seems the King login page cannot find the internet connection.
Yesterday, there were quiet a few complaints about this connection issue!
But, I did not see any of them coming back or replied to me! So, I am assuming that the issue is resolved now and everything is back to normal!!
How about your game? Is it working now?
no, it is still not working.it always show no internet connection, tired power off,flight mode then wifi,checked the other apps ensure my internet connection is working. It is only the candy crush website doesn’t work.
Happy to see the levels are syncing on devices since updated to1.293.1.1.
But it is still no connection on King login page for my Samsung tab S2. It always show no internet connection neither on Facebook account or King email.
why on one from King community are not answering. When is it can fixed?
I tried to use both FB and Kings login, all are not syncing. Very frustrating although I can play championship levels on all devices.
