First time my tablet wouldn't sync. Then it did for a couple days. Now my Android phone won't sync

My Ipad did sync but I have no more levels to play as Ipad is levels are behind PC. So until new levels are released I do not no if the fix is ok and do not no when new levels for next week will be released at wednesday is Christmas day
