Hello,

I made 2 purchases yesterday.

$9.99 which had 50 gold
$5.99 which had 20 gold

Only 35 showed up on my account when there should have been 70 gold total applied to my account.

The purchases were made on my credit card ending in

Please credit back the owed credits.

****ALSO, thee is a problem with candy crush lives being sent to me and then disappearing back to a lower number of lives. Over the past several months, I have not been receiving lives that my own family members and friends are sending me.

Please troubleshoot these problems ASAP.

I'm playing using the Facebook app.

Also, another question: I recently received a gift of a Google Game card which I wanted to use towards my current Candy Crush Saga game. I have read on Redditt and other forums that their experience has been of activating and using the card only to have the entire level progress restarting to the beginning. Please confirm.

You have posted that you made 2 purchased on January 22nd as well! Was it another purchase or did you post the same information you have provided last month?
