Hello,
I made 2 purchases yesterday.
Only 35 showed up on my account when there should have been 70 gold total applied to my account.
The purchases were made on my credit card ending in XXXX2693.
Please credit back the owed credits.
****ALSO, thee is a problem with candy crush lives being sent to me and then disappearing back to a lower number of lives. Over the past several months, I have not been receiving lives that my own family members and friends are sending me.
Please troubleshoot these problems ASAP.
