That's easy to do via your friends list. There are currently two different groups of players with their friends list in different places: Some still have their friends lists in their profile, which is the icon of your avatar or picture at the top of the map. If you click on that it will show your inventory and may have "friends" at the top next to "me".
A different group have the friends list right at the bottom of the map between the events and the shop. Either way click on "friends" and then click on each one of your friends to bring up their player card and you can send a life to each from that. I do this every day. You can send one life each time you have reloaded the game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
