Lost levels

 Two months ago, i've tried to save my game progress, so I try to syncronize the game with facebook. Now I am on the first level, i was at level 1881. After that happened, i contacted with king care. They told me this:

If you've never backed up your game progress then you'll need our Customer Care team to help get you back on track. Before contacting us please reopen the game and create a Kingdom account by following these steps: 
- Start by tapping the Settings button down in the bottom left-hand corner of the game's home screen.
- Tap the Cogwheel followed by the orange and yellow Kingdom icon.
- Choose your avatar and nickname.
- Enter your email address and choose a password.
- Now go back to the game play one level.

After doing these steps please reply back to this email and let us know what level you were previously on. We'll be able to restore your game progress but this process overrides all your previous high scores. All your previously saved boosters and extra lives will also unfortunately be lost.

After, i did everything what they told. I send reply back the datas several times, but nothing happened.

Can anyone tell me what else I can do?

hi all. i’m seeking help on behalf of my father who is an old man who just love playing candy crush. but he accidentally logged in to facebook and lost all his progress. it’s about level 2000+++ and he is so sad that he lost everything. he doesn’t have a king account too. just his good ol iphone. 

can someone tell tell me what can i do to help my father to restore his progress?

I have lost my all progress, when i try to connect with my facebook acoount. I tried to fix but it didnt work. I am not sure about which lvl i was, but it has to be something like 1560. Could you please help me to fix this.
