I too have lost several purchases and wins from no longer being able to connect to the store on my iPad. I’ve tried every solution imaginable 10x over. I’m beyond frustrated and ready to throw in the towel after playing this game almost 11 years.

Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? How long have you been having this issue? Do you see any error message when you try to make purchases?

I think all of us did all that you suggested to do.Many times and TO OFTEN!!!You should do something about it and try harder to fix the game while it says we are offline and can’t connect to App store since the problem by me is from July 2024 already!!I don’t think that everybody also wrote emails to the King Community as well! Otherwise we should all think that there is nobody taking actually care or not be able to fix that.Maybe we should delete and stop the game!
