I wanted to transfer my progress to iphone, so i registered my account on ipad which is at 24xx level with 3xxx gold bars. However after registration my level is retained but all my gold bars were gone! What can I do now?

the reply was completely useless. i was talking about gold bars and she mentioned boosters.
Any useless reply you need to reply to those emails. Keep replying to the email and eventually you might reach someone you is of some use. Mind you, I have not contacted Support in over a year myself and I am not sure if they still help anyone.
