Lost candy crush progress on laptop

I have the candy crush game app on my iphone. It's working fine. Game was synced to Facebook on my laptop using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Progress in fine on Microsoft edge, but all progress was lost on Google Chrome. Opened up game and I am back to level 1!!!! I have logged in and out of FB, uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome, cleared cache and cookies. The connect to FB option on my iphone app is gone. Suggestions please!!!!!

    Please email Player Support so they can restore the levels manually on your account.You can also email them from here and tell your Game ID there.

    Just for my clarification… you lost the game progress only on your Chrome browser, but the game is fine on your iPhone, right?

    How long has it been since you sent your complaint? You must have received an automated email from King team! Please make sure to send a reply through that email to hear back from them. It might take up to 72 hours for them to get back to you. So, please be patient🙏

    I sent my question on 1/12. I don't believe I got an email response from them. Yes, I am still at level 3479 on my iphone Candy Crush app. However, I have lost "connect to FB" option on the app. On my laptop, my Microsoft Edge browser FB page still has me at 3479. All progress is lost on Google Chrome FB where I played on my laptop.
