Hi -no longer can play candy crush

Hi

I can no longer play candy crush. When I click on the game, it appears but is greyed out. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, cleared cache but nothing has worked - my phone has memory - so I dont know what else I can do - any ideas?

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game! Some players are experiencing this glitch for some unknown reason, which is being investigated by the King team! They are working on a fix which is taking longer!

    I am also sorry to know that you have reinstalled your game to get rid of this glitch! As you see, reinstalling the App won't fix this glitch (if you have posted here before reinstalling the game, I would have definitely suggested you not to do so🙃).

    Can you provide these ⬇️details for me to report the issue to our Game Experts?

    • Device you are using;
    • A screenshot of the Grey screen;
    • Your Game ID number. If using a mobile device, you can use 👉THIS Link👈 to find your ID.
