I have sync my phone at the moment to Facebook but want to delete the Facebook account. I registered for a King account but when I log into it on the phone Candy Crush starts at level 1. Why on earth is it not synced to the recent level?

I found out that the "key" to sync our game accounts - both Facebook and King accounts should have same email address!
Did you use same email address for your accounts? If not, that could be the reason for the progress not being recovered!! Please let me know by typing below❄️🧣🏔️
