I finally got my reply email from King as well today. Obviously your method was more efficient, or they responded because there was now an additional complaint. Next time I'll use the "hate speech" option, thanks.
Not sure how long it actually took, but it looks like the offending post has now been removed.
@christinewupp @plazaman please remove the offensive post from the posts that you made.
Maybe I did it wrong. I did not notice there was a "hate speech" option since you have to scroll upwards to see that. I used the "other" category, so maybe you have more luck.

Hello @Alienscar for your information: I did try the Report Abuse button a week ago, as you advised. I got no reply and the post I reported is still present in the "Where in the world are you playing from" thread. Sadly the system is not what it used to be. Lack of staff I guess…
I have only used the Report Abuse button for community issues @christinewupp. The three times I have used it the issues have been resolved within twenty four hours of me reporting the issue. Definitely faster than any response here.
No I haven't. I was not aware it was for Community related issues. Anyhow, PummyRaj is on it now and I doubt any response from the Contact form would have led to a faster response.

Hello @LoFiGummy So it's been over six months now that we have had this issue. Tonight we have a self proclaimed hacker in our midst who has hacked the old account of @Yorben_Goeren, whom I can now no longer tag as the new EriktheHacker has taken over that account.
So I tagged the moderator Kiara_wael as you suggested Kiara is currently active answering posts in Support right now. I got a "helpful" response, automated no doubt because of the tag, but no action nor comment as yet. If this community is supposed to function on an automatic system then this should function to do its job, but it does not. If the community is supposed to function with the help of real people like myself then we need a system by which we or the moderators can contact admin and get offensive posts removed swiftly, because the automated system is NOT. As well as the hacker we have also had a grossly antisemitic post which two of us have hi-lighted. If we still had a functioning flagging system then it would be possible for real people who care about this community to get such posts removed. That is how it used to work. If enough of us flagged a post it would automatically be removed and await review. But all we now have is a non functioning automated system of bots and automatons policing this community and sending harmless posts for approval while allowing antisemitism and account hacking to proceed.
It's not all gloom and doom @christinewupp and I do giggle at myself sometimes. I'm still hoping we'll get a scroll down feature, don't know why we really need it now though. I've given up with the horrible new map reverting back to what it was and the Chocolate Box (Dare Game) going back to giving us the choice of what we play, although we have got the gold back for now. I did see what Peter put about Scooterpie but that's not to say it's permanent or that she won't stay in the Community. Hopefully we'll hear from her again soon. As for the Community, it really depends on what you want from it. I'm happy to log in when I have the time, see what others are saying and join in if I can. As you know I don't get tournaments but even if I did I wouldn't bother with Leaderboards so can't really join in those discussions. Hopefully you won't leave, you would be missed just don't take it too seriously, it is what it is 😄
The game itself has been boring for ages since they introduced so many blockers, especially blockers that re-block and keys that can't be reached. But while I still have the resources to pass I will carry on. It would be helpful if we just got some side games that we could all play for decent prizes, that would certainly bring back a bit of fun.
You're right, I shouldn't spend so much time thinking about it but it's what keeps me amused and interested. I think both the game and the community have become so boring. As soon as the winter is over I'm sure I'll find much better things to do! Did you hear that Scooterpie left? I was really sad to hear that. It sure shows just how pointless it all has become. Of course she might have personal reasons but had been posting for a while to suggest she was losing interest in playing. Those latest releases are dreadfully tiresome and boring. I'm surprised any of us are still bothering.
Must admit @christinewupp I did see some of that person's comments and at one stage I was waiting for a helpful video not requiring boosters (but really had loads) to appear, but I changed my mind quite quickly as the language was different. I Iet a lot of things go over my head in the Community, things really aren't worth worrying or commenting about, it's just meant to be a bit of fun where we can try and help each other and share our different opinions. But I would definitely have done something about the change of name if Alienscar hadn't already reported it. That's why I asked how it's done now, so I know in the future. I think it was someone who has been in the Community before, but not a particularly frequent or good player. They answered some posts in a way I couldn't believe of someone who had reached 700 or 800, but then if they hadn't played for some time it fits their comments. I kind of think it is more a case that they hadn't played the game for some time and was looking for something else to do, so rejoined the Community to cause havoc. When I saw certain comments being posted, I didn't think they would last long anyway, thought they'd either get bored and just stop or have their account removed, I was right with that.
Hi @Carol-38 I've had nothing but trouble trying to use the new method recommended by Admin about flagging spammers. When I last tagged a moderator about someone the entire thread immediately disappeared which had not been my intention. I do think that since Christmas there have been ongoing tests of automated systems to answer posts, especially in the Support Forum and I mostly stay away from there now and let them deal with it.
By the way did you know that the person with the offensive name was ToshiroFuji who very cleverly ingratiated themselves into this community and fooled the moderators into thinking they were a helpful newbie, who was posting lots of interesting threads, questions and answers, and then in the middle of Tuesday night they tagged every player in every conceivable thread and on every tagging list quite deliberately and then changed their name to a very offensive one, tagged me, Blister and PummyRaj with an insult and asked for their own profile to be deleted all within a few minutes. I happened to be the first to notice this as I woke up ridiculously early that morning. I did find the fact that nobody spotted the apparent name change to a blatantly offensive one a concern and chose to wait and see how long it would take for the automated moderation system would spot it. But nothing happened until @Alienscar reported it a few hours later. Make of all that what you like, but I think it illustrated quite well just how nearly everything in this community is now being run on an automated system. I don't trust anybody any more, especially if their profile is set to "private". This spammer was very well spoken and knew the community really well. I do wish I knew who it was. Not our "friend" from the Philippines I am sure of that, I think this one was American and quite eloquent and computer savvy and knew exactly how to play the system.

Yes, @Carol-38 I started this in the Off-Topic board as the Discussion board is just for Candy Crush discussions. As my thread is about the community and not Candy Crush I posted it in the Off-Topic board.
So how do we highlight posts/comments that are felt to be unsavoury for the Community, do we just tag QueenB.
I suppose you could tag QueenB, but if a post is offensive like the recent F*** King Community I just use the Report Abuse button at the bottom of this page. Generally they react fairly quickly.
As for spam, off topic, double posting, cross posting, and other such minor infringements I just don't bother anymore. If they aren't bothered then I don't see why I should be.

This forum has upset a lot of members in the past @christinewupp I have often wondered if any of the spammers are disgruntled ex-members just having a laugh. I don't think this latest one is anyone we know though.
You were right @Alienscar . They were a spammer, not a bot. A clever spammer for sure. I wonder how long it will take until King remove their posts. Have you any idea who it might be? Surely it must be someone with a grudge whom we might know.
I did not receive this feature @Alienscar . I only noted it from Carol's thread. It almost seems as though it was introduced to her in error. As you know I spend a lot of time the community and read every post. I don't think I ever got it or it must have been there only very briefly, or I would have noticed it.
That thread you linked almost proves my point that something is wrong! What a strange thread, with random players asking random unlinked questions (that happens of course because they join the first thread that pops up for them) and then those automated replies by Diamond Lim. A lot more threads now receive automatic closure as well and turn into "read only". There seems to be an automated systems to efficiently spot duplicates I think. As I said, it's not all bad. Some of these changes are improving responses and efficiency.
I do sort of agree with you @christinewupp that something seems odd about the forum lately and for all I know you might be correct in your suspicions.
I just hate it when my own posts being deleted into oblivion.
Well when the forum stopped showing replies all of my comments were still available to be viewed in my profile, so I didn't think anything too drastic had happened. Personally I think the thread you linked is a bit misleading as it wasn't a case of only new posts being visible as every first post of old threads were still visible and it was just replies that had vanished.
There were a few threads on the subject that I noticed, but as ever with this forum not where you would expect.
The moment I tagged the moderators every single one of those posts disappeared instantaneously, as did the entire thread where myself and cookiemae had commented. I wonder now if it is related to this:
That isn't unusual as when a person is flagged for moderation their whole profile is suspended resulting in all of their activity being removed instantaneously.
One thing that interested me was the appearance of a 'dislike' reaction. I did wonder what that was all about as that is very out of character for this forum. Did you notice it.
