Help

I tried messaging support but they directed me here. For the last few levels, I've lost access to the boosters to start levels with. I've cleared the cache, signed out of FB, uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing has worked. Is there something else I can do? Thanks.

Hello @rcc52779 There is nothing wrong with your game at all! Those boosters are locked by the designers of the game for these specific levels. In this case these were originally the introductory levels of the rainbow twist and these levels served to introduce this "new" feature, so the designers disabled boosters to allow players to figure out how to play with this newly introduced feature and the levels are relatively easy to pass without boosters. In level 5682 starting boosters are back as normal. If ever you see these locks they have been put in place for a reason, usually this is because if we played starting boosters it would either make the level too easy or would break the level mechanism.

By the way NEVER uninstall the game to try to fix anything! You will lose any boosters and lives from friends that you have stored if you do this.

You are playing an episode where the rainbow twists were originally introduced. As it is usual with every new game element being introduced, some levels have starting boosters disabled. Indeed, there are several such levels in a row, in my game too, so there's nothing wrong with your game.

Level 5681 is indeed tricky. It's likely that the starting boosters are disabled to prevent situations where there are no possible switches because of the limited starting space. The key to beating this level is to clear the marmalade first and destroy the twists only after they are linked together. Destroying individual twists one by one can take up too many moves.

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
