why can I not be able to buy lives with my gold or my shop keeps on loading and showing nothing.… I can't not even buy more chances to play if that makes sense, help?

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue in your game with the Candy Store!
Which device are you using to play the game? How long have you been having this issue? I am assuming that you were trying to purchase extra moves at the end of the level!
Did you try to purchase couple of boosters and check if that works?

hey, my device us hauwei and its been a long time happening. I only got a chance to buy some candies 1 or 2 years ago due to the level of stage I was at that time. thank you for your assist.
