there is no FROG in the game where there is supposed to be one, acc/to the Tips/Tricks. I’ve been stuck over a week. I’m ready to delete app/Candy Crush after YEARS of playing.
This level has been reported several times. Please check this thread:
As you can see in the linked thread the moderator checked this level out over a month ago and agreed then that it was faulty. It was reported and investigated in December. As nothing has been done about it I suggest you either use lollipop hammers or uninstall the app and find something better to play.
Thank you for clarifying this and getting back to me @PummyRaj . I was wondering what was going on, that's all. Fortunately King do seem to send players on this level a double colour bomb combo eventually to help pass it, but it's just basically a broken level and needs to be replaced.

As soon as I saw the screenshot, I recognized the level. I was told by the Game Experts that the Fish we are able to create in the level will help to collect the Key!
But, I informed them that all players do not have this option in our games yet! So, QueenB said she will inform the Studio about the difficulty of the level with Frog missing on the board! Did not have any updates yet!
But, was hoping may be the level has changed, as we have seen many times that not all players receive the change at once🤔
Hello @PummyRaj You might remember that this level has been reported previously. It's not an easy level to forget. I recognised it straight away! In fact you yourself answered the question in December and apparently tried this level out yourself and agreed. QueenB got involved but this issue, like so many others, was never resolved.
In fact players have had to use lollipop hammers to pass this level ever since, and quite frankly I do understand @rossifive for being angry and wanting to quit playing. All players get here is automated stock answers. Those of us actually trying to help in this community are ignored. I don't know why I bother any more.

This level has been complained about for over a month and you have both been tagged by myself and by @MannyFae . I am starting to think we are alone here now. Unfortunately we cannot actually fix any broken levels. King need to do that.

Unfortunately, the Frog is being removed from the levels (may be game!!)😶
If you checked the Videos on YouTube, those could be old videos which are not updated with the latest changes!!
Can you please post a screenshot of your level (after clicking on play and opening the game board)? I will check in my game and see if we have the same board or not!
Let me give a shout out to couple of my Community friends @christinewupp and @MannyFae to check the level in their game as well!
