The Ads are still in testing! Because of that, not all players will have the opportunity to watch the Ads, as these testing features are moved from one group of players to other groups of players!!
But, if you have the Ads once, you will receive those again.. just a matter of time! All you need to do in the meantime is to make sure that you update the App regularly and be active in the game.
With regards to the level you are stuck on — what most of us do is, to take a break from the new levels. And, play the events like Season Pass, Chocolate box, etc., and build up our boosters. Once, we have handful of UFO boosters, we will attempt the level again!
If you tell us which level you are stuck at, our Community Friends might be able to help you with some tips to win the level!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
