Hi @fafi, I would like to add to what @mysticalmysty wrote above, besides clearing the history/cache you might want to try troubleshooting to see if that gets you back into the game. Please click on one of the links below.

I can not log in to my candy crush game, I received an email to reset my password but when I go to the website you want me to go to it says it can not find it. Help????

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again
