If the Ad videos give any issues, we are recommended to send a complaint to the King Player Support team. If you need assistance with this, please let me know🍫🍬🍫

I reported this around 2 weeks ago along with the added issues of not retaining rewards and few ads (the added issues are not happening today)

I am very glad to know that the boosters are not disappearing anymore! There were many players that were experiencing this glitch last week! King team must have taken care of that issue🌟
To report the Ads in your game, please follow below steps⬇️
- Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
- Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
- In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
- The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
- Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.
