Ads are available today, but some are still opening to a black screen.

Question

many more ads are available today unlike the last 3 weeks and earned boosters so far are staying in account.  However, some ads are opening to a black screen, forcing closing the app and restarting. Please fix this.

I am very glad to know that the boosters are not disappearing anymore!  There were many players that were experiencing this glitch last week!  King team must have taken care of that issue🌟

To report the Ads in your game, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
* In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
* The first option you see will be "Report an Ad";
* Click on it to open and follow the suggestions & instructions to report the Ad.

I reported this around 2 weeks ago along with the added issues of not retaining rewards and few ads (the added issues are not happening today)

How do I send a complaint to the King Player Support about black ads?
