⛔ Episode Race Pop-up Frozen

    For more than 4 days now, I only get the screen saying 2nd prize in Episode race without any further step possible, nothing that can be clicked. No buttons, no possibility to play ANY of the levels of the game
    Please help.

    If playing on Facebook on chrome, try opening facebook on say microsoft edge as I did, I then completed the level on there and the one on Chrome then altered too. :)

    I contacted them and I followed the instructions, no joy. They also said to come here to ask if any players had a solution but it seems I'm not the only player having the same problem. Hope King can sort it out soon.

    I play on my laptop on King.Com account and have had frozen screen for 5 days. My laptop and game accounts are up to date. Support sent me here to find answers and found more frozen accounts but no fix. After being frustrated for days, today, i cleared my Cache (not cookies), logged out of king account, waited few minutes and logged back in (holding my breath) and found myself lucky and able to play again. I really dont know how, what and when but mine is working. Hope you can find your fix.

    Was stuck on level 5301 now i am playing to 5310 (unfrozen) Fingers crossed.

    I am also playing on my laptop while also being logged into King.com and have also messaged directly to the 'Contact Us' via email. I have gotten 4 emails back telling me someone is working on it. This is going on now 7 days. I have done everything possible from my end to fix it, I tried what you suggested and it did not work for me. It is not an Us problem, they should at least give an update. . It is highly aggravating having been a player over a decade and money spent.
