I am curious. Did you play from level 1 to 18340 on the same device without a Facebook account or a King account?
If you were playing with a Facebook account and now trying to save your progress with a King account, then it may be the same case as what has happened to me few years ago. I lost the gold bars but the boosters were intact.

Unfortunately, we canāt handle missing coin issues here in the community, but you can reach out to Player Support, and theyāll be able to assist you.
To contact Player Support: Open the game and go to Settings (gear icon). Tap the "?" (Help Center) and select Purchases & Gold Bars. Scroll down and tap "Contact Us" to submit a request.
King does not have a phone number for support, but the in-game Help Center is the best way to get help.

As you did not do any of the above it is strange you lost anything just for saving your progress so I will move you over to CCsaga where your moderators will know if saving progress is causing a know issue š

how do i get a level 14000 badge?
not sure how you get technical health but I won the pin event today. It says I won but I got none of the prizes which is supposed to be 120 gold bars and various boosters. How do I get help to fix this? This is a large loss in the game!
