I recently completed level 17675 on my kindle, and it tells me that new levels will be coming soon. It's been over a week. On a Facebook group I learned from another user that he has been stuck in same place for over 9 months, with no new levels provided.
I did try uninstalling and re-installing the app, but it resumes at the same place.
Is the candy crush kindle app no longer being supported? I need to know whether to continue waiting for levels or to stop playing the game. Thank you
I did reach out already via "contact us", per your directions earlier today, and I you just sent me the same reply as you did earlier.
My device runs on Fire OS 5.7.0.0. So does that mean no more levels or is it only 5.0 and lower?

Just as @Alienscar mentioned, Candy Crush no longer supports Kindle Fire devices running Fire OS 5.x. The minimum required version is Fire OS 6.0.0 (found on Fire HD 8 from 2018 or later). Since your device is on Fire OS 5.7.0.0, this is likely why you're not receiving new levels.
To keep playing with updates, you may need to switch to a newer device that meets the system requirements.
You can sync your progress by logging into your King or Facebook account. Let us know if you need help transferring your game!
