Level 18584 - not working? Edited by CM: Under Investigation!

This level doesn’t appear to be working correctly. After matching two stripes at the top left of the board, the board shakes for some time and no new moves can be made. Sugar stars appear so something is happening in the back ground. Please advise. I am playing on an iPhone and turning the phone on/off doesn’t help. I’m currently stuck here.

I am experiencing the same -it does eventually right itself but takes 10 - 15 minutes so I’m getting really frustrated
