This was last year prize break down

    1st: $500K

    2nd: $250K

    3rd: $100K

    4th: $50K

    5th: $25K

    6th: $25K

    7th:$15K

    8th: $15K

    9th: $10K

    10th: $10K

This is excellent amount but I feel the purse should be bigger!!

I read that there was around 15 million players in the tournament. Let's assume only like 10% of those players will spend money.

That is 1.5 million players that will pay to buy boosters and gold. Let's assume those paying will spend around…$400 in the tournament.

That means the tournament will generate around $600 million in revenue. Let's not forget all the ads they will play to all 15 million. That easily go bring another $1-$2 billion in revenue. But let's focus on the paying customers only for theory.

$1million purse is not even 1% of the $600 million revenue. They should share more of the revenue with the players. $5 million is more generous.

If you increase the purse, it could be potentially the biggest gaming purse in gaming history and bring in even more players and thus generate even more money. Look at what LIV did with professional golf. Same idea here!

Surely your assumptions are excessive. I know a lot of people are stupid, but 1.5 million players spending $400 each on this competition? I certainly hope there aren't that many fools out there!

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
