This was last year prize break down

    1st: $500K

    2nd: $250K

    3rd: $100K

    4th: $50K

    5th: $25K

    6th: $25K

    7th:$15K

    8th: $15K

    9th: $10K

    10th: $10K

This is excellent amount but I feel the purse should be bigger!!

I read that there was around 15 million players in the tournament. Let's assume only like 10% of those players will spend money.

That is 1.5 million players that will pay to buy boosters and gold. Let's assume those paying will spend around…$400 in the tournament.

That means the tournament will generate around $600 million in revenue. Let's not forget all the ads they will play to all 15 million. That easily go bring another $1-$2 billion in revenue. But let's focus on the paying customers only for theory.

$1million purse is not even 1% of the $600 million revenue. They should share more of the revenue with the players. $5 million is more generous.

If you increase the purse, it could be potentially the biggest gaming purse in gaming history and bring in even more players and thus generate even more money. Look at what LIV did with professional golf. Same idea here!

Surely your assumptions are excessive. I know a lot of people are stupid, but 1.5 million players spending $400 each on this competition? I certainly hope there aren't that many fools out there!

I've played many games where people use bots and I can tell you with 100% certainty that they are being used in all stars. King hasn't done anything about it in 3 years and will delete posts that talk about it. Trust me when I say you will not make the finals.

Nope, sitting it out and in general taking a break till fall. Hopefully they will get the 1-3000 sorted out better. The experience is very tedious atm.

The number of people who will spend money and how much is way too high. If King brought in 60 million I would be shocked.

I'm here trying to get king to give more money to us. But all these sad losers attacking my post to get less money? My god people are dumb.

I'm 100% confident none of you sad sacks will be in the final livr tournament.

@morganleeoregon While I doubt your numbers are correct - I suspect King makes far less than that - I nonetheless agree that they are probably taking in much more money (especially when you also factor in money from ads) than they are paying out. And I suspect that a higher amount of prize money might attract more attention and wind up making more money than they will make as is. So even if I disagree with your numbers, I do agree with your idea that an increased prize pool might be helpful to King as well as to anyone who wins.

The entire tournament is funded through the players, we should get a larger cut of the revenue. It reasonable to ask for bigger purse.

Hey! Would you like to give us your opinion?
