3.1. Eligibility: To be able to compete as a Participant in the Tournament you must:
3.1.1. be normally resident in the United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, Portugal, Argentina, and Chile
I know the old link was dead, but I did an online search and found this, which is where I pulled the above from, and which says it's for March 2025:

My strategy is to fail in the leaderboards, fail in all the second chances, root for the community members that are serious about All Stars, and get back to enjoying the game when it is all over.

Hey! @Nobody1 shared the correct list of countries, which are:
United Kingdom, United States of America, Brazil, Canada, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Austria, Ireland, Finland, Poland, Romania, Czechia, Greece, Portugal, Argentina, and Chile.

Hey there! Players from eligible countries who are at the end of the map should still be able to access All Stars. But there are a few reasons why you might not be seeing it:
1️⃣ Test Groups – Even if you're in an eligible country, some players may not be included due to testing limitations.
2️⃣ Account Inventory – To prevent unfair play, the system may block accounts flagged as potentially suspicious based on inventory activity.
3️⃣ Using a VPN – If you're connected to a VPN, it might interfere with event eligibility.
4️⃣ Device Time Settings – Changing your device's time settings to a date outside of the tournament period can also cause issues.Can you please share a screenshot of your inventory? That might help us figure out what’s going on!

Point 2 is new to All Stars 2025 then. "Account Inventory" . So it's exactly what we have been suspecting: good players are being cut out.
So with other words all of those here who have worked our hearts out to collect boosters and gold bars in the last twelve months have been excluded. Thank you for clarifying this @Snow_Rider . I suspect that for the remainder of 2025 this community will lose all its members who are in any way interested in the game. This is outrageous.
