I never received my reward

Hi! 

The week before last I placed second in my facebook friends weekly race and last week I placed first, but i never received my reward for it either time...Also, my sister has a dynamic dual open under the boosters section but I dont, so I was just wondering why i haven't received my rewards and why I dont have the dynamic duo option

    hi @Laurenhess1991 You are warmly welcomed in the community.I understand your statement, Keep telling you, the King is working every second to improve the game, So we're all facing some problems but some different. Remember, these event are not always there. These stages come in gradually.Take a little patience, you'll get the event again soon

    With regards to your Question, the "Weekly Race" is not offering prizes anymore... it is just for us to know how many levels we beat in that week, how far or further are we than our friends, etc., details.  As per "Dynamic Duo" --  all the players do not get all the events at the same time.  I, myself play with 2 accounts... one account still gets the event "Lovely Letters" etc., and other account doesn't.  But it has the new feature "Quests" but the other account doesn't!!  So, it varies to player to player and account to account.  And, yes!  Updating the game App doesn't work all the time with all the events!

    The same has happened to me. Last week I was second in the weekly race, and two boosters appeared as a reward. I clicked “claim rewards,” but they didn’t appear in my inventory. Then later, I progressed up a level, and the same thing happened - I hit “claim rewards” but nothing was added to my inventory. Then AGAIN just last night, I placed second in the weekly race, was awarded two boosters, clicked “claim reward,” and they never appeared in my inventory. Feeling super frustrated... almost ready to delete the game...

    also, when I created an account here, it wouldn’t let me use the username I already created within the game. It said it was unavailable. In the game, my profile name is HEC. In case that information is needed.

    thank you for your opinion. king working for improve their game, the award is not available even though some events are running. Take a little patience.

    I mean no disrespect, but you say that (or something very similar) every time, so it feels like you're not actually addressing my comment. 

    It would make sense to me if it happened once, but this is 3 times now. I want this to be corrected. "Candy Crush Saga brought in $930m in the 12 month period ending July 2018 - its highest-grossing year-long period yet." (https://www.pocketgamer.biz/news/68913/candy-crush-games-bringing-in-almost-4-million-a-day-in-2018/) So, I expect some customer service and support. This seems to be the only avenue to try to get that support, so that's why I'm here.

    First of all, Warm Welcome to the King Community, where you can seek Answers/Suggestions AND share your tips with your fellow players :)

    You have mentioned few things in your message that needs to be addressed... hence, I will go one by one...
    1) ** Weekly Race --->  May I know which one are you having this issue. please?  Is it the Race which appears each time we win a level and shows our place in that contest?  If it is the one, we are not being given any rewards in that Race anymore.  It is a recent change.  Since you said you were asked to "claim rewards", I am guessing that is not the one you are talking about.  
    Will it be possible for you to post a screenshot of this weekly race?  Which would give more insight and also for us to suggest you anything OR to elevate this to the Community Managers;

    2) I completely understand your frustration :(  May I ask you how do you know that the rewards were not added to the inventory?  I meant where are you checking to find that out?

    3) When you created an account here, you can always use the same name as the one you use in your games.  Mine is same in here and my games.  But, HEC is a common name and some other person must be using that name already.  You can always go with HEC1, HEC(2), etc., Yeah! I understood that you have used that as your profile name in the games,but, no that is not needed.  The Community Profile and the Game profile are completely different.

    ** Please post back your reply with any screenshot available with the "rewards" issue.  We will go from there and like I said, once I take all the needed details, I will elevate your issue to a Community Manager if it is not resolved with our tips & suggestions :+1:

    Thanks for your reply.

    1) Yes, I’ve heard that about the change to the weekly race, but there were 2 boosters displayed on the screen, and the “Claim Rewards” button. But, yes, it’s the one where we see our rank after each level. Maybe it’s a glitch with making the change?

    2) Usually after claiming rewards, the backpack icon for the inventory has little sparkly graphics, and then when you click the back pack, it shows you what’s new in the inventory. However, three times there was not change to the inventory after clicking “claim rewards.” 

    3) I don’t mind using different names. I just wanted to include that info, in case it mattered. 

    This past week, I was stuck on one level almost all week. So nothing happened with the weekly race, because I didn’t advance very many levels. So I cannot provide a screenshot at this time. It also happened when I progressed a level (not the game levels, but the little star next to your profile avatar and name), but I’m not very close to progressing a level right now, so I don’t anticipate being able to screenshot that very soon either. If I am able to, I will.
