I bought a gold item and reached the step of downloading the PromptPay image. I pressed the wrong button and pressed the back button and immediately pressed to buy again. It didn't work. Now I have gold to use and I can't use it.

I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
On 28 of December I paid by paysafe 2.99 for a booster pack two times and neither received the booster nor got my money back. The same happened on 30 of December with a 3.99 booster once this time
