Why isn't the daily wheel available? I tried reinstalling the game and still no luck.
It was a new game that I had for a few days already and kept playing levels on it just in case (from the info I found online Daily Boost appears after level 10 anyways). I also sacrificed an old account I had on my tablet and had it deleted and then I reinstalled the game and made a new account. It looks like it has the same issue. I didn't know about the game reset on Wednesday so I'll wait until then. Thank you.
So which level are you at? Is this a new game? In a brand new game after downloading the app the piggy bank is usually the first "event" that shows up. Then after a day or two you get the daily wheel. It may also be that you have to have passed a specific level. Or you might have to wait until the next game reset which I think happens on a Wednesday. There are certain triggers in a newly downloaded app to kickstart these events. They will probably all show up within a few days. If not try to contact Player Support.
There is no interference with the date at all. I am always connected to the internet as well. I deleted the account I already had because it wasn't giving me the daily wheel or any other event but the piggy bank. I reinstalled the game and still no luck with the wheel or any other events. I have 0 gold so far as well. Unsurprisingly, I still have the options to buy boosters in store. I will give it one more day and play some more levels and if not, I'll delete because I can't seem to get anywhere with this game.
Every player should see the daily wheel as far as I am aware. What does your events page look like and after reinstalling, did you log back in to your original account or are you playing a new game from level 1? The daily booster wheel, the daily treat machine and the daily win should feature in every player's game. I also think we all get the chocolate box and all mobile players get Seasons Pass. Other events come and go and are given to subgroups of players.
The daily wheel and daily treat machine do not require an internet connection. If you do not see these, check the date on your device is set to automatic. Then play a few levels. Leave the date on automatic and then try again tomorrow. These events really should return if we don't interfere with the date on our device at all.
I've done all this, including deleting that account, reinstalling and playing as many levels as I could. The only thing I am receiving is offers to buy boosters which, after the all starts tournament, I don't want to see ever again. So I'm guessing if 'these features aren't available for me right now' there is no point for me to play Candy Crush is there?

To help keep things fresh and interesting, our studio tweaks and introduces new features every so often. As such, they need to thoroughly check these during gameplay, so these special features may appear or disappear during ongoing tests, as well as during scheduled maintenance checks.
However, events and features in our games can also temporarily disappear when there is a connection issue during login. This can be a hiccup, a peak in the signal, or a momentary signal loss.Normally, it comes back after you do one of the following:
01- Play one level
02- Close the app and restart your device
03- Check that you have a stable connection
Please note that these steps do not guarantee that the feature will return, and we are unable to add the feature back manually.If these steps don't help it means those features aren't available right now for you.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
