Hi @sszucs and @doris9999, why are you playing the game through IE? That is not the best browser to use. Please try Firefox or Chrome to see if that resolves your problem.

Elsa, 2 reasons. I have an old pc running win 7 & Chrome has issues with it & I'm not sure about Firefox. With an older PC, it can be "dangerous" to change major software components. I love to play but I also use my PC for important stuff.

I'm very confused why suddenly it won't work on IE. I can't speak for Doris9999, but without access through IE, I'm unable to retrieve my login info. since everything was saved through IE.1

I am having the same problem and I am playing on Chrome. I get to the page that says "loading" and then a picture of a dog looking back comes with the message that I have encountered an error. The same page for two days now.0

hi @doris9999 if your pc is so old, that not comfortable for new version browser, so you can accept that @Elsa said. mozilla firefox is good for old pc

you can use moxilla firefox too, for old pc / laptop its good and easy to use2 -
I'll have to think about maxilla fireforx. I hadn't thought about losing log in info which would be a big pain. I'm not totally convinced a different browser will solve the problem since someone posted about having the issue with Chrome.
