I have reached over1700 it says new levels coming soon but I can't update it because it says phone not compatible does that mean I can't play anymore
If it happens to be a Huawei product then there is apparently a US trade ban for these which would explain this message. If it's any other product please do contact player support by using this link:

What phone do you have? I suspect that yes, probably your phone is too old. There are over 19,000 levels of Candy Crush!

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
