Season Pass treats cannot be claimed after upgrade

I upgraded Season Pass for P50 early this evening. However only the 1st 2 tiers were unlocked. I cannot claim treats from tiers 3 to 10.

I have been using my husband's Gmail account in my payment settings. Attached is the receipt for the upgrade.

Unreasonable
Level 18695,Candy Crush. I have no boosters or gold bars and have been playing this level for 12 days and not got close to completing it.
