There is no way to skip any level in Candy Crush. Eventually the game will let you pass this level. If it does not, delete the app. You need to keep the 50 gold bars the game gives you at the beginning to get past impossible legendary levels, plus every player can win the first few episode races easily, you need to keep the gold bars from that until you reach the legendary levels to then pay to pass those. If you are out of gold bars already it's probably best to delete the app and start again.
