Buying item issues

Question

Hi, I have an issue with the in-game item purchases. Actually I can't buy boosters with my golds.  Everything else is fine: latest update, load profiles with no problem, I can see ads for extra rewards, I can participate in most of the game events, everything. All is good except for buying items and boosters with my gold. Actually it doesn't load the buying options and stucks in "contacting store".

* Restart the Game: Sometimes, restarting the game can resolve connection issues.
* Update the Game: Ensure the game is updated to the latest version
