  Hi @jjpiv, I can empathize with what you are going through.  Are you still having trouble accessing the game today?  Are you playing the game through Facebook or king.com?  Yesterday someone had trouble accessing the game from king.com.  She said that it only went up to 69% and wouldn't open.  Is this what you are seeing?
