Hi All - I currently have a Candy Crush account that I log in to by using the "Sign in with Apple" method, but would like to change that and start signing in with a traditional email address/password without losing any progress/purchases.
I've tried this in my setting to no avail and the other help articles on this are not helpful.
Is this something the support team can assist with?
