game freezing constantly with last game update

IOS version is current, with plenty of storage and RAM on iphone 14. Game version is current, tried all suggested fixes - including delete and re-install game. Still freezing and app deletion caused the loss of all stored lives, 2000+ boosters. the re-install pulled back game progress, gold bars, PINS, etc but am so unhappy with outcome with loss of boosters and still freezing - I don't even want to play - and I've played this for YEARS. I want my boosters back.

nothing else is freezing up and everything on phone is up to date/current. only started happening with last CCS update.

Wonder if it’s an issue with your phone itself rather than the app.

I am restricted and playing candy crush lite version due to rules and regulations I do not know why ?

Level 10054 is impossible to pass because the 4th required Dragon does not drop, I have used many booster and bombs and still have not cracked this level because the fourth and last required doesn't appear.

Got Booster Wheel Jackpot, But It Didn't Include the 15min UFO
I got the booster wheel spin jackpot today, and it looks like it's supposed to include everything that shows on the wheel. However, there was no 15 min unlimited UFO blaster (it showed it in the graphic showing you won the jackpot, but it was not in my boosters). Is this a known issue or just a one off glitch?
