Please explain in more detail what your problem is. Contrary to what you were told we are absolutely fine here with Italian, but you need to give more details if you need help. Why can you not play? What screen or message do you see?
The game does not help players get past levels, quite to the contrary some levels are designed to be impossible to get past without paying. What help is it you expect to get? If it's ads then those disappear when players spend real money.
AI'm stuck on level 18274 in the game and I haven't received any help to get past it.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
