I deleted my account with the hope that I can go back and start from the very beginning, but now I can't.
I keep getting a pop up blocking my access to the game, asking I delete every game from kings.
How do I get back to the game please eeeeee?
Hello @Migo86 This might have something to do with the cookies King have placed on your device. When I delete the game app from my device I also wipe my internet history on my device before reinstalling the app. I would advise you try this. Delete the app completely from your phone as instructed on the message. Then go into settings on your phone and wipe internet history. I use Apple iPhone and I go into the Safari app and there choose the option "clear history and website data". Then reinstall the app from the app store and it should be clear and no longer know who you are when you start playing from level 1. Then you should be able to start playing with a new account.
I would also be interested to hear the outcome of this @PummyRaj as I am planning to delete one of my accounts in order to reuse the same email address for a new account. I would like to know if we can after deletion reuse the same email as I have both my emails tied up to one accidentally merged account and I would like to free those up to start a new game. The fact this seems to not work for Migo86 worries me. I hope the game experts can answer this question since it seems pointless to delete an account if we then cannot use the same email to open another.

I deleted the app as instructed and then re-downloaded it but kept getting the blocked alert

Did you save the game before with Facebook or King account? Or did you not save the game at all?
If you are using a mobile device, do you still have the App installed or did you delete the App already?

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!
Because, you chose to "delete" your account, you are not able to access your account again! Deleting the "game App" would be the best option to restart the game from level # 1!
Are you trying to log into the game with the same account details you have used before? If so, that would be the reason you are not able to restart the game! Please try to create an account with a new email/Facebook account OR play your game without saving it.
