I added a new device but my boosters didn’t transfer. How do I get my boosters and special candies added?

Hello @humyra There is no way that King can transfer your boosters because King have no record of what boosters you had. Boosters are stored only on the phone you used when you earned them and do not transfer between devices. If you still have that phone then please play the harder levels on the old phone to use up all those precious boosters, and claim any new boosters you earn in events on to your new phone to build up your stock again.
Is there no way of asking King to help in transeferring the boosters too?

The Gold Bars do sync across all platforms in all games, but the Boosters and Lives do not sync between devices.

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
