Hello @donna69 and Welcome to our Community! I understand your frustration and I assure you that you are not alone. This can happen when you have a winning streak that places multiple boosters on your opening game board. Those boosters should help you complete the level. Unfortunately, their placement can prevent you from making any moves. There is no way to recover from this event. Perhaps you can contact Customer Care (instructions πΒ HEREπ) to get a more satisfying answer. In the meantime, I will report this issue to Community management.
