Crash, unable to claim rewards

I received a reward after playing the game yesterday, but it stopped at the "CLAIM" screen. There was no response when I pressed the claim button, but I could close it by pressing the cross in the upper right corner, but the reward was gone. This isn't the first time, what should I do?

Music event
If the musical event doesn’t work and they refund everyone’s coins, then none of us should play this game anymore because it’s a scam. And personally, I love playing Candy Crush and I spend a lot of money on it — I spend around $70 just to get 300 gold bars.
Music event disappeared
The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.

Why? Does this happen often. I was getting into playing the game but not so sure if I'll be playing anymore.

My music event isn't showing up anymore. There's still 14 hours left and I've almost completed it. I need help please

what happened to the music event? I completed my last but one tape and did not get it. I had only one more tape to go. This is very frustrating and might be my last time playing candy crush
