How can we get free gold & boosters?, & I thought we was supposed to get 50 free gold bars when we joined, but I joined in September 2024 and still haven't received my gold bars.
now levels get too hard 20,000+ level and it don’t let me pass the level. I don’t know what to do. I think I’m just gonna stop playing.

Your friend is very lucky! That is a rare and special test group he is in. Most players with ads only get 5 extra moves. All players get different offers, events and features in their games and none of us can request or influence which features we get. Anyone who spends money will lose their ads altogether though, so please warn your friend never to buy anything in the game with money.
My friend is receiving gold bars by watching ads. How can I sign up for this? He gets 10 gold bars for watching 3 ads

It says 1 because you are new to this community and that was your first post here. It has nothing to do with your game. Are you playing the latest update of the app? In my app the exclamation mark at the pins has disappeared now. If it won't disappear in yours I don't think it means anything, a lot of players have asked about it and never got an answer. I don't think there is anything left to claim for the pins now, the event is finished for now.
what is going on with the pins? It’s over but still has an exclamation point. When i touch it, it comes up with a pic that moves like I am supposed to touch it. When I do, it doesn’t do anything. I figured there would be some kind of gifts but haven’t seen any. I am not a level 1, I am on level 16774. I don’t know why it says 1.

Unlimited free gold bars? You must be living in a dream world, that won't ever happen in Candy Crush. Gold has to be bought or earned in this game.

Nothing to solve @Merilinmohr : Ads do disappear for no apparent reason whenever King decide to do so. Many players never get ads, others get them sometimes but they are periodically removed in order to check if this will make players spend real money. Anyone who does spend real money never gets to see any ads. It's all part of the way the game is being run and managed.

Generally players get 50 gold bars when they start playing, that is correct. The 50 gold bars usually get given to you when you reach levels 20 or 30, this is variable and usually happens when the Piggy Bank gets introduced to the game. I am not sure if you are referring to the game however, as you joined this community in September 2024. I am not aware of any gold bar prize for joining the community. Where did you hear about this?
