I have two issues.

My first issue is that I am on two different levels on two different devices. I have tried to log off both devices and log back in and I still have the same problem.

The second issue is that every time I start the game, it starts me off at level 621. I’m at level 834 on my phone and 801 on my tablet and it doesn’t matter.

Since it doesn’t sound like an easy fix, I’ll just deal with it for now. When I do get frustrated again, I’ll contact Player Support and be prepared for a long help time.

I am not sure if the sync issue can be fixed without King getting involved. I know I have read plenty of complaints from people using Apple devices that their progress doesn't match across their devices, but I don't think I have read that the issue has been fixed.

I would say that you should contact Player Support, but I am reluctant to do so as the process is frustratingly long.

I played the levels and my avatar is now at the level I’m currently at (on both my phone and tablet… even if they are still at different levels).

I don't know if fixing your stuck Avatar will solve the syncing problem though @nightshadeghost

I just looked. The “second level” of each set of levels aren’t cleared.

I played level 621 and won it. My avatar jumped to 636. When I went back to level 621, I saw that I had already won level 622…

Do you think I’ll have to play each of those levels until I get to 834?

Hello @nightshadeghost is your Avatar stuck on level 621?

There have been complaints similar to yours in the past and the issue was caused by unplayed levels. Check your levels between level 621 and 834 and complete any levels that are indicated as unplayed levels. This should cause your Avatar to move to the correct level.

Regarding your game synching do you play on iOS. A lot of people have complained that their games on iPhones and iPads do not match.
