where do the chicks supposed to come out of?

The level seems to be working fine for me, and all six dragons appear on the board early enough. However, to get them through the portals and to their exits in the bottom middle of the board, you need to clear the toffees blocking the portals.
To clear those toffees, use the color bomb dispensers (on the sides, just above the conveyor belt) to make combinations. Creating a striped and wrapped combination above the toffee area can also be very helpful.
The combos you make, as well as the fish, will open some of the black licorice shells, and you will get color bombs from them. Watch out for the opportunity to combine two color bombs if the conveyor belt brings them together.
Once the toffees are cleared enough, the dragons will begin to fall through the portals to the middle section where the exits are. If you have some color bombs left, look if you can match them with a color to create space in the middle section so that a dragon sitting above the portal can drop there.
In the position shown above, the two dragons on the sides are not sitting over the portals yet, but with only two moves left, I chose to match a color bomb with a blue candy. The game helped me by creating a cascade, allowing both dragons to go through the portals and off the board.
Overall, I found that if you focus on creating combinations to get rid of the toffees early, there seem to be enough moves to release the dragons if the game helps you a bit.

For this issue where the Gummi Dragon appears on the board but for some reason doesn't drop and you end up losing the level because of it, it's always advisable that you reach out to our player support team, so we can investigate and confirm if it's a level issue or not. Please don't waste boosters on it as it clearly won't help bring more dragons forth. I would be very curious about what happens if you manage to get that first dragon off the board quickly enough, but unfortunately I can't test this. It may be worth reaching out to Support about this as it looks like there's something amiss with this level in your game.

Thanks for the screenshot; judging from it, it seems that the level is working differently in your game than in mine. In my game, the dragons are very quick to show up. I've just checked this level again, and it's still the same.
When developers create a new version of a level, they typically test it on a small group of players first, so there are likely two versions of the level currently. I'm guessing that in your version, the remaining dragons will only appear after you release the first one. Have you tried that?
I still have no luck releasing the dragons, tried different ways but no dragons would come out except for that one dragon, so frustrating š§

Many other levels have been deliberately made impossible to pass without paying gold for extra moves as well. I am sure if you paid 10 gold for 125 or 255 extra moves you would find those dragons drop within a few moves after you pay. King want you to spend money. I normally would check the level out to see what it takes for the remaining order to drop but canāt today. @MannyFae have you any advice?
Yes they don't seem to drop down the chute after the first baby dragon disappears, I'm stuck on this level for so long š„
